The original intaglio print is from an impression of the lace collage that is created on top of a prepared soft ground on metal plate surface, acid bathed a few times, and inked then run through a printing press.

The logical side of 2 dimensional art is Printmaking. The printer need to plan the many steps ahead of time while pay attention through out the whole process.

This result of this Intaglio process brings out the best of both world. Who say one could not be smart and beautiful?
